Kind words.

Anita was thoughtful as a facilitator, kept the discussion running to time while skilfully extracting a rich varied set of views in a cross-cultural setting. She managed the very diverse group with a high level of skill and competency”- Dilwar Hussain Chair New Horizons, Assistant professor, Centre for trust, Peace and social relations, Coventry University

“Anita is a great trainer. She is a clear communicator with facts and sensitive to the emotions race awareness training involves. She is warm and understands the content and the emotion around it.” Christian Egharevba Tate &Lyle DSI lead.

“We were very impressed with the energy that Anita brings to facilitating. She is clear in her verbal skills and very sensitive in managing group dynamics. Our session was a real success, and the contributing factor was the excellent facilitation, so thank you Anita” - Elizabeth Fewkes Near Neighbours co Ordinator West London

I worked with Anita Beeden on a set of workshops which were delivered to our refugee clients about Racism and Equality. Working with Anita was a positive and productive experience, she had all the knowledge and expertise on the subject area and was flexible and open to discussing and making changes to the content, which ensured that the specific needs of our clients were met. Anita shared the training and made adaptions ahead of time, she was always reliable with communication and responding to feedback. We were confident with the content that Anita created, especially how it was tailored to the challenges that our client group faces. Anita’s training style was appropriate for the clients; clear, thoughtful and sensitive to the experiences of our learners. Staff and participants gave positive feedback to the sessions and Anita followed up with several helpful things afterwards including more resources, social media posts and further feedback. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Anita in the future and happily endorse her for other training and content creating work.” Beth Nichols, Social Integration Coordinator, Refugee Council.

At the training course I attended, Anita was a source of knowledge, support, and inspiration. She really helped to frame the issues in a way that was relevant for our organisation and has continued to be helpful above and beyond the course itself. Our charity is now taking renewed action on equality and diversity issues, and Anita’s training has been an important part of that.” Seb Klier Parliamentary Manager at Refugee Council.
