Maths Teacher Research Groups (TRGs)

We work collaboratively with teachers from other schools in Teacher Research Groups (TRGs).

Each TRG is led by an experienced teacher and involves approximately 10 teacher leaders/researchers. There are teachers from a variety of partner schools, all of whom share our desire to be exceptional.  The TRG meets every half term (dependent on the needs of the group!) and has a sharp learning focus for each session. The TRG meeting will normally include a pre-lesson discussion; lesson observation, and post-lesson discussion and will last a half-day. 

The TRG provides an opportunity for our school to engage in high-quality, sustained, collaborative professional development and participate in an important national project.
